CotteN ChEeSec@kE !!! Yum!!

Was kinda bored yest... so i had d urge to bake... flipped thru the cheesecake receipe book and saw the page on "cotten cheesecake" and caught my eye... so decided to get ingredients & start baking. Took a train to Simei... d usual Phoon Huat shop tat sells all the baking items i get when i bake.... bought all the necessary ingredients and went back home...

Ingredients A: Cream Cheese, butter, milk & whipped cream

Ingredients B: Egg white, sugar, cream of Tartar

Ingredients C: Egg yolks, low protein flour

... and most importantly a 10" round baking pan... ..... ..... ........

And tis is my end product..... itz my 1st try for bakin cheesecake.... my next try is cheese muffins.... Yummy!!!! Was really happy coz itz turned out really nice... and smells so cheesy!!! So proud of myself... hehe!!! The inside is really very soft... really like cotton .... hehe.... no wonder called "cotton cheesecake" !!!

Brought some to work for colleagues... bosses tried and say "good" ... they even say they dun mind me moonlighting in the clinic... let patients sample and take orders... wahaha!!! Never seen such good bosses.... anyway bosses went to watched "Music & Lyrics" .... as i haf recommended.... so they decided to close shop in the noon since no customers... and they liked it too... coz itz a light-hearted romance show... and the theme song juz keeps runnin @ the back of my mind... juz fell in love wif it... so deep in love...

There's a new agency temp staff today... i had to teach her and oriented her ard... not easy to be a orientator.... abit lost... dunnno where to start from when it is so busy.... well... life goes on.... thou work is really tough now... but I'll SURVIVE!!!!!! Boss thanked me for holding the fort for the moment... can really feel the amt of appreciation she has for my hard work.... in tis way i am happy thou itz busy for me....

These 2 weeks haf been really taxing for me & aunty.... coz 2 of us work non-stop ... runnin & rushin here & there trying to get things done & @ d same time managin time & ensuring the smooth runnin of the company.... 2 of us becoming like zombies le... but well, we noe how to entertain urselves by creating laughter to de-stress!!

Attended a talk during lunch, related to my work and i tink it benefitted me coz i understand the co-treatment of CA and can explain to my customers beta.... Boss is really nice to gif me greater responsibilities... doing U/S... hehe!!! It was fun... 1st time hands on... not as easy to get a nice pic... as itz 2D image... co-ordination muz be good. I did well for 1st timer and Boss gave me permission to go ahead to scan for customers 1st while waiting for her... hehe!! Feel so happy & excited!!!!

But i tink we are really happy to noe tat our hard work is paid off & being appreciated, thou not able to make every customer appreciate... but tat 1 or 2 will make a great difference and gives us the motivation to work harder.

Boss was really sweet & appreciative of us workin really hard for her these 2 weeks. After a long week & day @ work... she said somethin pleasant thou itz only 2 simple sentences... itz enuff to make us feel so appreciated & happy... Here it goes, "Ladies, noe u both haf worked very hard these 2 weeks & i appreciated it very much & thank you very much... haf a good weekend" ... itz juz sounds so soothing to the ears thou it may seem nothing to most pple.

nother event tat makes us both really happy is an Indonesian customer was really appreciative of our care towards her during the past week... helpin her out during the whole process.... she actually bought us both a batik scarf from Indonesia... When she passed it to us, we were like SHOCKED!!! Coz we dint do much juz our part and duty of wat is required and i tink we really touches her heart.... she was really thankful towards us... We love the little gift alot coz itz juz so nice & soft....

Thou itz juz a small gift... but it means alot to us coz it not only shows how much patient appreciates us but also touches our hearts ... encouragin & motivating us to give out more to our customers... Thanks Ms."Y" !!!!

D other day sis bought me my fav strawberry snacks again.... tis time round is Strawberry Mochi.... itz from a Jap shop @ new mall named Central @ Clarke Quay area... it has such lovely packing

makin me juz couldnt bear to open it up as it will damage the packing.... cost $15 .... Well, 1 day i muz go down and see wat other lovely things they haf there... coz haben been to tis new mall yet.... Thanks sis ... love u a million times... hahaha!!!

Both some jap rice crackers from Jasons Supermart @ Paragon... one curry flavoured & d other original one... $1.20 per pkt...tried them before and they tastes delicious tatz y bought them again...

Gave the curry one to Vanessa darlin... coz now she staying home shakin legs & watching her DVDs... juz nice can keep her tummy accompany... hahah!!!! See how sweet i am rite ??? Darling was so sweet too... bought me a HP pouch knowing i lost mine when i bought it for less than 1 week... careless me... itz a white coloured one.. and the size is juz nice... Xiexie ni darling... Ai si ni le!!!

Bought my FAV chips from Marks & Spencer.... itz really DAMN delicious if u like d taste of pepper...
Itz "Sea salt & crushed black pepper Chips" .... i rate it 5 stars coz itz really nice... muz try... intro a few frns le and they fell in love wif it.... and itz always sold out very quickly.... really HOT Fav snack .... $6.90 for the big pack... and $2.50 for the smaller one. Abit costly but itz worth the price for itz quality.... try it and u noe cant compare wif d common brands of chips... Believe me... juz try it or u will regret!!!! Tatz all folks!!!

HoW c@n i NoT LoVe HiM ??

Was running thru my pics... and realised tat i haf so many cute pics of my little lover ... MingMing.... He's really so CUTE & adorable.... juz cant resist not loving him & doting on him... he is juz like a little adult .... He is really very action pact... full of patterns... so many poses... can be a future model... haha!!! Juz love the way he smiles... is so attractive... juz melts my heart away... When he calls me... he is always full of patterns too... juz say a few sentences to entertain me den will either pass the phone to some1 else or juz put down or say bye bye... there was once when i cant really figure out wat he was tryin to tell me and he was like SIGHING really loudly ... showing me tat he is pissed off... haha!!! Really cant stand him.... really behaves like an adult... wonders where he learns all tis from?
Hmmz... really dote on him... too bad he stays too far away from me if not i will go visit him everyday.... he is really a lover-boy... everyone juz loves him tat much..... if he were to be my bro.... i tink i would haf spent all my $$ buyin things for him... New @ddeD iTeMs

Bought 2 tops from Giodano.. happened to pass by after work and saw tat there was a sale goin on so popped in to take a look coz saw the sweater which is not bad lookin from the display window. But too bad the sweater is not on sale... and it cost $43.00 ... dun tink itz worth for Giodano brand. So i bought 2 tank tops instead... Really liked the white one... cost $19.oo and the grey one is special too cost $23.00. Gotta check and see who can get discount before considering the sweater.

Finally got the Coach wallet & my Victoria Secrets Brassie from Winnie Darling thru Vanessa Darling.... Got a good deal from Winnie coz she sold me her 2nd hand Coach wallet wif card holder in a set for juz $200 as she used it only for merely 2 weeks . Well, it still looks brand new and $200 is really cheap so decided to buy it from her.Really thank Darlin Winnie for sellin it to me @ such a good price.... Been wanting to get Coach items... and finally i got it.

Watched the movie "Music & Lyrics" @ TM wif Dajie, erjie & Vanes Darling... it was a good show... loved the song "Way Back into Love" in the movie... Starring Hugh Grant & Drew Barrymore... such a nice romantic love story.

Was tinkin of getting a new water bottle coz my Adidas one is getting really old. Went to Queensway wif Ah Boy after lunch on Sun coz he wanted to get sports shorts.... and saw Nike bottles... wanted to get but Ah boy says might as well get Nalgene bottles... so went to check it out.... and it was having a sale... so Ah boy bought me 1 ...

Was deciding between the dark red and this green... chose tis in d end coz the colour really attracts me... bright ... dunno y i like bright colours recently... bought the 1L bottle @ $19.00. So i'm gonna discipline myself to drink more plain water .... haha!!! Thanks Boy!!!

Did a little D.I.Y to my heels bought from M'sia... found the original blue shoelaces abit too dull so i wanna make my heels more outstanding & brighter... so decided to go to Spotlight to get some laces to match... decided on maroon red colour...

and it was a good pick coz it really brightens up the heels doesnt it? Hehe!!! Like it better now...

Bought a lot of diff snacks for storage ... hehee... Well, my few close frns esp Vanessa always says i'm the snack queen etc.... haha coz i can really eat snacks.... and i always intro them those really nice and delicious snacks....

Impact peach mints and Little Twin Stars peach mints from 7-Eleven.... really like the Little Twin Stars one coz itz so cute & itz only $2.90. Bought 1 for Vanessa darling.... it comes in diff cartoons characters as well. The Impact peach mints smells really nice & refreshing!!!

Tao Kae Noi Original Crispy Seaweed (really very crispy & nice ... the Tom Yam Flavour is nice too), MuJi's Pomelo Gummi & mixed Seafood Crackers, Ribena Blackcurrents & Mixed Berries Pastilles & Muruku.... Yummy!!!

Baroque Chocolates (consists of Strawberries & cream,mango,peach & choco wif nuts), Doritos Black Pepper Jack Chips, Chotos Choco & Royal milk tea Choco rusk from Daiso, Strawberry Caramel Corn (sis bought for me) & Wang Wang milk candy from M'sia.

Dunno y... but i'm into buyin comfy slippers recently.... i bought 2 pairs of Reef Slippers from 'Flash & Splash' .... initially bought 1 pair of black slippers... and it was SO comfortable.... even more spongy den Havaianas Slippers.... and itz cheaper.... bought it @ $19.90 wif 20% discount. It's really really so so comfy!!!! Cheap & good!!! Den i decided to go back to get another pair since its still having 20% discount... and i bought a pink colour tis time round... need something diff and brighter.

So i haf been wearing slippers very frequently.... even to work despite my boss did mention before that she would appreciate us not to wear slippers for professional image. Hehe!!! Well, she dint say anything even thou she saw me wearing it... Perhaps she said that to hint "someone else" ....

Cody gone to Paradise

Cody has left Vanessa Cutie's family and me for another paradise on 3rd March 2007,he was turning 9 yrs old.... It was a Sat and i was @ work.... very busy day for me... when i finally saw cutie's sms saying "cody went into deep sleep le" i was shocked.... tot he went into coma...as he develop stroke on 24th Feb... when we went to M'sia.... when i called cutie... she says he's gone.... and she was weeping... I was REALLY stunned and shocked!!! It came too sudden and too fast.... cannot accept tat Cody is gone juz like tat. My heart dropped!! Plus hearing cutie's weeping sounds... made my heart sink even deeper... and she wasnt in the mood to tok.... said will call me later... i cant understand how she feels coz she's really close to Cody.... even i was upset... not to say his owner...

But i tot i was strong.... dint weep a tear coz i noe i haf to be strong... if not cutie will cry more hearing me cry. 1st thing tat came to my mind was to tink of ways to cheer cutie up. Wanted to get her a little gift... tot of "Mother Garden" @ Vivo coz i noe cutie loved the rabbit i got her for Xmas... so decided to go there. Met ah boy in the evening and went to Vivo.... searched ard... dint noe wat to get... saw a doggie soft toy... wif the brown patch on 1 eye... looked really cute... tot wanted to get her tat .... but ah boy reminded me tat will it rub salt on her wound... coz she juz lost a dog and now i buy her a doggie toy .... might cause her to be more upset as it might remind her of Cody constantly.... hence, decided not too... got her a rabbit purse instead... itz really cute... hope tat d little purse will cheer her up alittle. Passed her the purse on Sun nite... glad she looked ok and she like the cutie rabbit.

I wasnt as strong as i tot i was.... Mon nite... was reading blog... read cutie's blog abt Cody and my tear juz keep flowing down automatically like a open tap.... juz couldnt control myself.... suddenly i really miss Cody alot alot.... & my heart aches & cried even louder when i read the part where cutie describe wat happened tat morning before they put him to sleep.... Cody juz proves tat he's really a very good & loyal dog towards cutie & family and it juz shows how much he loves them and how much he's gonna miss them. I'm so sad i couldnt be there to see him 1 last chance.... thou itz cruel to put him to sleep but i guess itz d best way out for him since he's suffering. Ah boy was toking to me over the phone when i was reading and when i cried... he got a big shock... he almost rushed down to my place to see if i was ok... oops!! Dint mean it... was really juz very emotional tat nite... I really haf regrets that i couldnt see or cuddle him for juz 1 last time... never did i noe 24th was the last time i saw him and touch him... and last time i could let him lick me on my arms.... Thou i'm closer to Cody only recent few years... but we really dote on each other... i noe he dote on me alot juz like cutie's family dotes on me.... he treats me like his family and i could feel it. I've always love dogs ... but mum dun allow me to rear 1 so i've always regard Cody as my dog... Never will i be able to play wif him, cuddle him, sleep wif him nor hear him bark when i'm @ the door anymore.... tat very nite... i could feel exactly wat cutie muz haf felt worse knowing & witnessing him beening put to sleep.... i really cried for very long tat nite... haben cried like tat for a long long time....

Cody has been a really good & obedient & smart doggie... always comin to the door to welcome me or jumpin to the back of the car to look for me when cutie's dad drove us.... he's always so adorable.... never once did he bite me... he loves to sleep wif me on the mattress whenever i camp over @ cutie's place... loves me to cuddle him... he's really such a darling doggie to haf. He loves chicken wings... comes to us whenever he smells chicken wings... loves to hide under the sofa when he noes we are leaving hse and will need to lock him up.... noes how to do his business in the toilet on the newspaper.... he's juz so adorable....

Thou lots of ppl will miss him.... but i guess the sweet memories of him wif us will slowly erase the pain & sadness we are experiencing now... Cody boy u will be in my memories forever and ever... will miss u forever... Love u !!!!

M'sia Visiting & Shopping Trip

24th Feb .... Kath jie's mum in law invited us to her place in malaysia for CNY visiting & dinner..... me, vanessa, & jen went.... In the morning went to Jen jie's place to bai nien 1st... den the private taxi that we booked to go into M'sia will pick us up @ Jen jie's place.... luckily no jam @ custom.... so lucky!!! Hehe!!!

The custom officer @ S'pore & M'sia keep laughing @ my passport pic... coz it was an old pic... was in my chubby look still... lolz... doesnt look like me @ all... haha!!! But i've already got my new pic but still... itz unavoidable tat they will see the pic coz they gotta check my particulars.

Den we went to City Square to shop.... we went to Secret Receipe to eat... coz we were hungry... it was so -so la.... not really very delicious.... but like the apple & lime juice wif a preserved plum. Itz very refreshing!!!

After tat we begin our shopping trip... bought lotsa DVDs.... korean & hongkong series. All of us bought @ least 5 or 6 series... spent RM100 for the Series. We spent some time shoppin in tat DVD shop...

Bought 3 tops from the Factory Outlet Store ... 1 shirt and 2 tops... cost me RM 90 plus.

After tat went to Holiday Plaza... bought 2 pairs of heels... the Black one is RM59.90 & the blue-stripped one is RM49.90. And there was a 10% discount... After tat we head to Jie fu's house ... it was quite a long way thou in JB still...

Auntie wasnt @ home when we reached.... she has her classmates' gathering... so Jie Fu's 4 sisters had to entertain us. Shortly after we had dinner... a wide spread of food... cost Kath to pay RM400 ... IMPRESSED!!! After dinner we watched DVDs to spent time. After tat we played firecrackers & fireworks.... Jie fu's niece fell and i had to be missy and show off my 1st aid skills. After tat Vanessa dear fell accidentally too.. got abrasion on her left knee & fore ankle.... bleed quite alot.... and i had to attend to her too. After tat we prepared Yu sheng ....
